The winning project 5&6 North place, Cheltenham, showcased not only technical skill but also creativity, coordination, and professionalism — all hallmarks of M G Wynn Limited’s reputation in the industry. We were thrilled to annouce that we have won Johnstone`s painter of the year 2023 Residential catagory for our work at Lypiatt house. M G Wynn was awarded the accolade for the outstanding work carried out on the now beautiful home of Lypiatt house in the centre of Cheltenham .
M G Wynn were asked to carry out the redecoration & restoration works to the previuos Lypiatt house Hotel, a 10 bedroom hotel in the town centre . With the dedication and hard work from everyone at M G Wynn , they turned a run down hotel into a 5 double bedroom luxury house, with a gym cinema room, wine cellar & much more
This year we had the pleasure of attending the prestigious Johnstone`s painter of the year 2016 finals. M G Wynn was reconised for the outstanding restoration work carried out at Faithfull house in Suffolk Square, Cheltenham.
The completed project was recognized for the intricate detailing, quality of finish and completing the restoration of this historic Cheltenham building in time and on budget; all the while ensuring that Health and Safety regulations were followed to the letter as this building is used as a Residential Home for the Elderly.
We were thrilled to be nominated and then judged by Johnstone's Technical Team to be worthy of a place in the top 5 in the Restoration category nationally. A thrilling weekend of celebrations followed, and we were delighted to be celebrating with companies enjoying multi-million pound turnovers and many employees. Certainly a case of little fish in a big pond!
